Team Leader – Warehouse / Logistics
Location: Weston-Super-Mare
Hours: Permanent, Full-time, Monday to Friday
Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 per annum (depending on experience)
We are currently recruiting an experienced Team Leader to support our clients contract within their warehouse operation. This is a key role responsible for leading, supporting, and developing the Warehouse Logistics team while ensuring operational and performance standards are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and manage the Warehouse Logistics team
- Support the Shift Manager and Shift Supervisor with disciplinary and grievance investigations and interviews
- Manage and motivate the team to ensure productivity targets are achieved
- Develop and train team members to maximise performance and engagement
- Conduct daily team briefings to ensure clear communication and alignment
- Ensure all warehouse areas comply with company Health & Safety and hygiene policies
- Monitor and deliver shift performance against agreed targets
About You
- Strong warehouse or manufacturing experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive with the ability to make confident decisions
- Good understanding of warehouse and logistics operations
- Computer literate
- Professional, approachable, and supportive leadership style
